On Mar. 14, 2007, the Rotary Club held a tour of the new TRC center to show the progress to date, and to appeal to the public that the funding raising had come a long way toward the $500,000 goal, but was still $140,000 short, as pointed out by CO-chairs David Merrithew and Michael Schulze in the top photo.

On Mar. 31, Rotary will be holding an "unblack tie" dinner at the Delta Hotel to raise funds toward the $1.5 - million project. Club President Don LeBlanc is hoping the event , which also includes entertainment, a silent auction and a live auction, will raise between $20,000 and $25,000.
Well-known Canadian comedian Glen Foster will be the entertainer. He recently starred in his own Comedy Network special, That Canadian Guy.
