New Member Inductions

On Oct. 9, 2006, President Don inducted Darren Wiseman of the Salvation Army as our Club's newest member.

Marilyn Singh Inducted

On Jan 22, 2007, Marilyn Singh was inducted into the Club by President Don LeBlanc. She is is the Manager of Operations/Partner of Profiles Global, a company involved in personnel skills development for corporations. She holds a M. Ed. from UNB Saint John and BSc, Psychology major from the University of Toronto. She has been active in the local volunteer sector and lives on Loch Lomond Rd with her husband and 2 children.

First New Member- 2007

On Jan. 15, 2007, President Don (right) had the pleasure of inducting our newest member, Shelley Wood of the Telegraph Journal. Shelley was sponsored by Past President Bill Ives.

She has been with the Irving Publishing Group for 11 years, assuming the role as Advertising Director at the Telegraph Journal in July 2006. She is married to Alan Gray and resides in Fredericton, NB.

New Member Corey Childs

On Feb. 5, 2007, Corey Childs of B&N Flooring was inducted as a new Club member.

Corey was born and raised in West Saint John. He has been married for 15 years to Patty, and they are the proud parents of one daughter Jillian. They currently live at Quinton Heights (West) and have for the past 10 years. Corey is the General Manager for B&N Flooring and has held several positions with this Firm over the past 21 years.

Some of Corey's hobbies include running (completed 6 half marathons in Saint John) plus other types of Charity runs; reading and traveling with their RV. Other then that he admits to being a workaholic.

Corey states that he is at a time in his life where he wants to give back to the Community that has given so much to himself and family.
