Biking Rotarians
Y2K Rotary Bike Ride participants, Rotarians Ken Haverland, (1st on left) PDG 1991-92 for District #5360 & Orville Sleen, (5th from left) Past President Dawson Creek biked across Canada, starting in Anchorage, Alaska to raise funds for the Rotary Foundation in the fall of 1999.
Saint John Rotarians Dr. George Whitttle, Bill Ives, Steve Whitters, Rev. Lloyd Lake, and President Basil entertained them at the Moosehead Room. Rotarian Ken exchanged banners with our Club, and President Basil was presented with a jacket which was later used as a fund raiser at the District Conference.
