Rocklin Club needs help with the following Please see attached flyer
Set up
- Ticket takers
- Check in people - for vendors and attendees
- Auction overseers
- Oversight of the event to help with "security" (we do have paid security, but they can't be everywhere
- Clean up
- Other assignments that arise
- Times will vary depending on their availability - volunteers are needed during the hours of 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (we do know that the Foundation dinner is that evening and several of us plan to attend that...however we need to be completely out of the event before that is possible! The more volunteers we have the easier that will be to accomplish!)
I have attached a flyer for your information. Here is what we will offer the volunteers:
- Staff person will get a lanyard with a staff tag to denote that they are a staff member
- Staff will not need to buy a ticket to the event but will need to understand that they are "staff" not an "attendee". If they wish to be an "attendee" then they will need to purchase a ticket.
- If a staff person wants an event shirt they will need to purchase that - not included with their participation!
