Want to find a place to volunteer? Come to Community Connections. Does your group need members or a higher community profile? Come to Community Connections. Are you new to Eagan or just wondering what there is to do in town? You guessed it.

The Eagan Community Center will be filled with groups of every variety and lots of great ways to get involved on Saturday, March 2 from 11am to 3pm during the Community Connections event.

"We invite local service organizations, groups with volunteer opportunities, churches, non-profits and community clubs," says Tanya Mozingo, Recreation Supervisor and event coordinator. "With all of these groups in one place, I may be biased, but I think it’s a fun event where everyone can find something new and many ways to connect."

This free event includes:

• Exhibit hall featuring local non-profit and service organizations
• Free samples from Community Center preferred caterers and signature cocktails available for purchase!
• Free admission to The Blast! Indoor Playground
• Performances by Eagan Women of Note at 12:00 p.m. and Eagan Men's Chorus at 1:30 pm
• On-going "Pop Up" art project with Eagan Art House
• Selfie station with special guests
• See yourself on camera with ETV
• 50+ Senior activity highlights
