Emergency Medical Information Books (Ambulance Books)

The Rotary Club of Mundingburra supports the Emergency Medical Information books, often referred to as Ambulance Books. These books allow the users  to keep a detailed list of the medications they are on so that in the event of a medical issue, all the necessary information is freely available.

 

They have a magnetic strip on the back for attaching to the Fridge (a place that Ambulance personnel will check) however lots of others carry a copy with them at all times, and especially when traveling, to assist with any emergency medical issues that might arise.

 

We sell them for $2.00 per book and recommended to people to keep for themselves,  and also to give to others as a gi gtthat might be a lifesaver in the future should they require urgent medical assistance and not be able to outline the current medicines they are taking.
