Join us on Sunday, as Ryan Shultz shares his experience with owning and operating the Baldwin Street Grille! 3 years ago, Ryan was working at the Baldwin Street Grille under different ownership. As fate would have it, 2 weeks after his son Sebastian was born, Ryan came into work only to find out that the owner was selling the place and he and the rest of the staff would be out of a job. Having nearly 13 years of experience in the industry, and having held almost every position from server to Assistant GM, Ryan had his son’s future in mind and took a leap of faith. Putting everything on the line and risking it all, he agreed take over ownership of the Baldwin Street Grille so that everyone could keep they’re jobs and save the place that he & the neighboring community loved to call home!
