Shia started out doing websites then created his own business. He went into music. The market got saturated with producers. He and some college buddies did a film that was nominated for an award. That’s when Shia learned that people with names are still people. He thought, ‘I could be that person’. He knew he needed projects under his belt.
Right now he is spreading around his brand, Something Media. It will be a household word one day. Right now he is in IT and media consulting. He helps people do Powerpoints, videos, websites.

His current project is “Get Loud International”. He feels Rotary International will be interested in this.

Shia showed a video for 100 State. He talked about co-working spaces and how well they are working. 100 State has moved twice now and is finally in a permanent space on W. Washington.

They’re looking at distribution for their film. If one part of the film gets famous, they’ll go back to this film.

Get Loud is a music-based brand. Most musicians want exposure. They want someone to notice them so they can sell lots of cd’s. He’s proving he can help others by showing what he has done for his own business. They went to China to film a documentary. It’s not easy to go to China. Shia said: "To go to China, a tourism visa has a higher bar than most countries, we were able to obtain class M business VISAs to complete our work there.”

Shia is learning Mandarin. He got a VISA and invitation letter and went to China to film the documentary! They had four people, including Shia. They’re trying to communicate that the entrepreneur is the creative. They’re not solely focused on the fiscal aspect of their business.
