Dean and Stenehjem, of the Rochester Rotary Risers, and his wife, Julie, participated in the Ride the Ridges bike ride on September 19.
Ridge the Ridges is an annual bike riding event held in Winona that is an exceptional tour of the blufflands of Southeastern Minnesota. Riders have the opportunity to experience some of the state's most scenic areas – from lush valleys along quiet streams to majestic bluffs overlooking the Mississippi River. The ride is sponsored by many loyal and generous sponsors. The event is hosted by the Winona Rotary Club and supports significant charities, including Feed My Starving Children, Winona Volunteer Services - Food Program, Rotary Readers, the Dictionary Project and other literacy initiatives.
