Cradle 2 Career (C2C) is kicking off a new Network, Prenatal To Three, this will be converged with the Kindergarten Readiness Network. The two current Networks: Kindergarten Readiness & High School Graduation are working to diversify their networks and evaluate collected data to assess next steps. Immediate projects include the Kindergarten Readiness Network seeking feedback from parents on available social-emotional resources and the H.S. Graduation Network aims to work on 8th grade to 9th grade transition. At this point, the C2C staff have been driving the work of these Networks and the goal is to shift that effort to community partners. We are all Cradle to Career, not just C2C staff. This is a community initiative and C2C staff, the C2C leadership table, educators, and members of this community (including Rotarians) need to work together for collective impact. Only then will we be successful. More to come on the diversification of roles and ability for community engagement in coming months.
