The Calendar Raffle team recently met, and here are the key highlights from our meeting:
- 2027 Raffle Options: We are considering various options, including less frequent but larger awards, reducing the number of tickets each Riser needs to sell, and increasing the ticket price. More on that soon.
- Permits: We are currently securing the necessary city and state permits.
- Timeline: Raffle ticket distribution is planned for mid-October.
- Ticket Design: The design will be updated once the final option is selected.
- Team Assignments: Each Riser will be assigned to a team.
- Sales Tracking: We are updating the spreadsheet that each Riser will use to track sales.
- Resources: We are creating buyer cheat sheets, email templates, and sales techniques to share with the club.
- Information Sheets: The information sheets for each Riser are being updated.
