WE NEED YOUR UNWANTED TOOLS - Saturday April 17, 8 am - 1 pm

Spring Cleaning?  Downsizing?

Bring unwanted tools to APRIL TOOLS DAY!

Greater Rochester Rotary needs your unwanted tools. We will deliver them to St. Joseph’s Tool Chest, a non-profit organization, to refurbish them to a nearly new condition and redistribute them, free of charge, to people and organizations that can make use of them. Our refurbished tools provide the means for people to make a better life for themselves.

Please bring your unwanted tools to the 125 LIVE parking lot between 8:00 am and 1:00 pm on Saturday, April 17.  We can give you a receipt for your donation if you wish to have one.  Rotary volunteers will be set happy to accept your donations in the upper parking lot of 125 LIVE at 125 Elton Hills Drive NW in Rochester.

We want manual tools: yard and garden implements, rakes, shovels, hoes, and shears; shop tools: pliers, screwdrivers, hammers, saws, and wrenches.  We want power tools: drills, saber saws, table saws, routers, drill presses, and chainsaws.  We will even take industrial machines and sewing machines. We especially want emergency generators.  We can also use hardware: nails, screws, nuts, bolts, etc.

We do not take any kind of electronic equipment.  We do not accept computers, printers, cell phones, TV sets and the like.

JOIN US in helping you clear the clutter while also getting refurbished tools to those who need them to live a better life!

Please volunteer here.
