Annual District Foundation Walk!
Thank you to Niecy Dillon and the 10 Rotary Clubs of Durham region for hosting the 2022 Rotary District 7070 Rotary Foundation Walk at Cullen Park in Whitby, Ontario on Sunday Sept 25, " in the rain".
On this picture we see the first Women Club Presidents of our District. Viji Leger was the First Woman President of the Rotary Club of Woodbridge, year 2010/11.
During the months of autumn, Rotary Club Members in District 7070 participate in walks to raise funds for the Annual Programs Fund of the Rotary Foundation. Historically, each year, over $150,000 is raised from the District 7070 Rotary Foundation Walks.
