We welcome Heather Ropp from the Estates of Dubuque
The Estates of Dubuque will be conveniently located on NW side near the intersection of Derby Grange Road and John F. Kennedy Road close to restaurants & amenities. This patio-home cooperative will sit on 13 acres and include 35 individual homes meeting the Universal Design concept. Also, inside this private, gated community will be a clubhouse featuring an open entertaining area, full kitchen, fitness center, great room with fireplace, indoor pickleball court, office/conference room, and outdoor area.

Please register for this event by 4:00 pm Monday if possible even if you are not taking a meal but will be there in person. The club needs to know how many tables to set.
Again please make your choice of meals in the comment section box when you register for the meeting. You can pay via credit card when you register or by check or cash at the meeting. The Country Club has created some fine lunch specials for us:
