We have a great speaker this week, Dr. Ron Cox. Formally of Dubuque, Dr. Cox will be presenting on the workforce shortage theories based upon research conducted at Iowa State using data dating back to the 1950's. "Labor Skirmishes" promises to be an enlightning program.
