Janette introduced Cashtyn Lovan of Diamond V. She spoke about "Epicor." As the story goes Epicor was discovered when employees working on animal fermented feed were not getting sick. After research Epicor was born. It works as a postbiotic that is delivered directly to your gut promoting immunity and gut health. There have been 15 published research trials about its effectiveness. Epicor is in a number of products used around the world. Diamond V, now part of Cargill, was started in Cedar Rapids and continues to manufacture feed in CR. Epicor is manufactured in Ankeny. A number of Rotarians said they were taking it and believe it is effective.
