Reminder this week is the Scholarship Luncheon. Please plan to arrive a little earlier because we are planning on double the amount of people.

Our largest event of the year is next Saturday, June 6th set up time is 8am, We will need volunteers for everything from street numbering, booth assistance to informational assistance. Your help is needed especially seeing we will have three new items this year The Beer Garden, Chalk Art and Car show. Many hands make light work please see Pat, Stephanie or Dominic for information.
Everyone needs to sell at least 10 Lucky draw tickets. Please get your set of 10 tickets at the meeting from Dominic. If you are unable to sell the tickets, you need to sign up for a time slot to sell them at Stratford Day. This will help us provide more towards the giving that we do.
Next Board Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, June 25th, 7 pm-8 pm.
We all need the full attention of our members, and the sooner the better to sign up for what you can help with. Early registration for these events for our club greatly assists with their success.
