Stratford Rotary invites you to a Club Social at Dockside Restaurant on Tuesday, Sept 30, 5:30–7:30 PM. Since we’ll be in Milford and share Area 5, the Milford, Orange and Devon Rotaries have been invited to join us. It’s a great chance to connect, enjoy appetizers, share some laughs, and perhaps even spark ideas for future events we can organize together —drinks are on your own. A goodwill donation would be nice, but not required.
Stratford holds a Social every 5th Tuesday, focused on fun and fellowship. We know that Rotary Builds Business is also that night for those interested in networking, while the Dockside Social is intended for relaxation and socializing for those not attending Rotary Builds Business.

All hands on deck for one of our great events.
Hello Rotarians, it is time for our annual Dictionary/Thesaurus Project. Each year, members of our Club visit the 3rd graders in Stratford to deliver Dictionaries to each student and the 5th graders to deliver Thesauruses.
We like to send two Rotarians into each school and you will have a lesson plan to share. We talk a little about what the Rotary Club is, what we do in our community and around the world and the 4 Way Test. Then we have some fun exploring the features of the dictionary and the thesaurus with the students. I have the following slots available for school visits (2 for each school).
