I am proud to announce that we won 2nd place in the Polio Plus Commercial Contest.
CONGRATULATIONS to Osi Rosenberg and our leading voice, Harold Watson, for a wonderful production piece. The club won $75.00.
A district-managed grant is in the works for area 6, which includes Devon, Milford, West Haven, Orange, and Stratford. Each club will contribute to the matching grant. This will be for a meal-packing event that supports our District Governor, Stephanie Phillips' Food Initiative. Possible packing dates are Feb 7th, 21st, or 28th.
A Week in Review
The YMCA Stuff a Bus event hosted by our very own Susan Richards and Amy Wiltsie was a complete success. Among our $500.00 donation, they were gifted an additional $5,000
Thank you to Joel Nolan and all the members who showed up and volunteered to deliver turkey Dinners to anyone who needed assistance. We had helpful feedback and suggestions; overall, it was another successful year of what Rotary does best, Service above self.

Current Stratford Rotary Events
Lords Kitchen is scheduled for Dec 17th. Barbara Heimlich is in charge of pulling together Interact kids from Bunnell and Stratford to assist. The event is from 5 pm to 7 pm, and the kitchen for preparing food will be open from 1 pm to 4 pm. Anybody interested in volunteering, please see Barbara. We welcome the New Paradigm Theater, which will serve alongside us at this event.

The Rotary Holiday Party is in the works. Stay tuned for more information. If you tell me how many unique clicks were in last week's bulletin, you will earn a raffle ticket for a prize!
The four-way speech contest needs a venue to hold the event. We need room for 60- 70 people. We are looking at the dates of Feb 2nd or 21st. Please contact Jeff Krause or me if you have a place we can host this event.
