END POLIO NOW FLAG RAISING - at City Hall Oshawa Headquarters at 1 pm on Oct 22. Please join us and be there by 12:30 pm am as Mayor Dan Carter and City officials and the 2 Rotary Cubs in Oshawa raise the END POLIO NOW  flag which will fly all week , including October 24, World Polio Day
