REMINDER & REQUEST - President's & Charter Party

Thank you to those of you who have responded. One of the foods we are having is lasgna - we will order a meat and vegetable one. In order to get the appropriate amount we need to know who wants meat and who wants vegetable. For those registered please reply and let me know (vegetable or meat.)

If you plan on attending and have not yet registered please do so. If you have not registered by Tuesday morning I will have to assume you will not be attending.

As you know we are combining the President's Party and Charter Party this year. It is on Friday July 21st at 'The Gardens' Community Centre in Swan Lake (where Peter Masson lives). Please join us to celebrate our Club's anniversary and our president. We will be having it catered by the Village Grocer. The cost to be between $20 and $30 p/p. We will also be giving Paul Harris 'awards' to some members. We will supply bottled water - so please BYOB if you want to drink anything else. More details will be given closer to the date.

IT IS IMPERATIVE WE KNOW THE NUMBER OF ATTENDEES, SO PLEASE RESPOND 'REGISTER OR DECLINE'    BY NEXT MONDAY JULY 17TH.
