You should have 'saved the date' already - now this is the formal invite.

Please join us for our annual Charter Party at The Scarboro Golf and Country Club. As you know this is always lots of fun, the food will be good (the menu has changed a bit this year) the fellowship will be great and our usual DJ so you can 'dance the night away' . We have managed to keep the price at $85.

PLEASE REPOND 'ATTEND OR DECLINE' NO LATER THAN MONDAY JUNE 11TH. We have to let the Golf Club know the attendees by then.

I will be sending the menu selection within the next week for you to choose.
