REUNION. Marike ten Hoven (second right), former Rotary exchange student from the Netherlands, visited the Rotary Club of Paarl twenty years after she was a student at Paarl Gymnasium. She brought her family with her to celebrate her 40th birthday. Brenda Wynne (left) received a merit award in recognition for her contribution as a friend of the Rotary Club of Paarl. This includes assistance with fundraising projects such as our annual auction, as well as our Winelands cycle race. She has also made a valuable contribution to our seniors concerts. With her are club president Marita van der Sluys and Tamara van Zyl, audiologist (guest speaker).
