The annual Winelands charity auction luncheon of the Paarl Rotary Club, in conjunction with the clubs of Riebeek Valley and Franschhoek Valley, was once a great success. About 180 guests attended the event in ideal spring weather, and celebrity auctioneer Dan Nicholl had guests in stitches all day with his humorous patter.
