HANDY. At the age of 79, Tommy Goliath (left) is still actively running a workshop for wheelchair repairs in his garage under the banner of the Paarl Valley Friends.
He is actively supported in his endeavours by Paarl Rotary. Here Tommy checks the chair of Junan Noordien. With them are Bernard Cloete (chairperson of the Paarl Valley Friends) and Jeffrey Scheepers, whose wheelchair has been adapted by Tommy for his special needs.
