Bi-weekly meeting
The role of the Program and Communications team of Rotary Ottawa South is to:
- help ROS achieve our overall organisational objectives
- engage effectively with our members, partners, stakeholders, and potential new members
- demonstrate the value and impact of our work
- ensure people understand who we are and what we do
- change behaviour and perceptions where necessary
The team has three main foci:
- Internal Communications - Keeping members informed in order to improve member retention through engagement, friendship, pride, and participation.
- Public Image and Awareness - Making the community aware of Rotary Ottawa South, its projects, its community involvement, and member opportunities
- Program Planning and Coordination – arranging speakers and other activities for meetings.
