Tastefully Fit Workshop

Wednesday evening February 22nd, our meeting will be held at the NEW Red Sky Cafe. Chef Wes will be preparing a Tastefully Fit menu for us to enjoy. 

Join Chef Wes Stepp for a Tastefully Fit seminar. Chef Wes will cover the basics of his program, ranging from fundamental items like lean proteins and complex carbohydrates to tips that will make meal preparing easier than ever.

Red Sky Cafe is collocated  with Evergrain Microbrew. Evergrain will be providing beers and cider for purchase.

Cost for the event is $30.00 per Rotarian and guest, added to your dues invoice.
