President Installation & Baseball Picnic

Join Rotary District 7390 for a group installation of the 2017/18 District Leadership and Club Presidents! Please plan to attend to show your support for our new District Governor, incoming presidents, and our new Club President, Amy Bockis.​ This event replaces our Wednesday morning meeting. Mechanicsburg Club members are FREE. Use this registration instead of the District 7390 registration to take advantage of the FREE tickets. Registration deadline is June 23 at noon.

Where:   FNB Field, Home of the Harrisburg Senators, Upper Deck/Giant Pavilion, City Island, Harrisburg
Time:      6:00-7:00 p.m. Rotary Picnic (All You Can Eat)
              7:00 Harrisburg Senators vs. Reading Fighting Phils

The bases are loaded with 43 incoming presidents ready for a grand slam of a year. Incoming District Governor, Una Martone, will throw out a ceremonial first pitch before game play. Then, watch the game or enjoy fellowship and networking with fellow Rotarians and new friends. It will be a great night for ROTARY at the ballpark and we’re swinging for the fences.

Cost:
$30 per adult (Over age 12) (FREE for Mechanicsburg Club members)
$12 per child (12 and under) (please say "child" in registration)
Free—Children age 3 and under (no need to register)

Note: Parking is $4 per car, however, you can park FREE on Thursday thanks to Community Aid. Bring a bag full of clothes to  donate and park for FREE. Donations will be accepted at City Island as you are parking.

Tickets will be available at the "Will Call" window under your name.
