F-35 B Celebration Downtown Beaufort

This is a joint project with Chamber, City of Beaufort, and other volunteer organizations to welcome and celebrate the new F-35B squadron.  There will be fireworks, free watermelon, Parris Island band, and activities for children.  We need volunteers from the club for F-35B Celebration on Friday July 11, 2014 for the following times and number of people:  Meet at the stage front and wear your Rotary shirt

Watermelon cutting and handing out water: 5:00-7:00  joint with Beaufort Club, need 2 from our club; 7:00-9:00 pm need 4 from our club until water and watermelon runs out

Ticket booth for hot dogs sales: 7:00-9:00 pm or until hot dogs run out  4 people (HHI Van Landingham is handling first shift)
