Self Help for the Elderly strives to promote the independence, dignity and self-worth of seniors. They strike to achieve this mission by empowering seniors to help themselves and by providing a comprehensive range of multicultural and multilingual services.

This is a weekly meeting for The Rotary Club of San Francisco Evening, open to all Rotarians, visiting Rotarians, prospective members and guests.
