Community Service - Care Packages for Soldiers

Dear Rotarians and Friends,

Please join the RCTL as we partner with the Rotary Clubs of Rafael Evening, SF Evening and San Francisco Chinatown in sending care packages overseas to the many servicemen and women who are serving our country. 

On November 18th , from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM we will meet at the Log Cabin in San Anselmo at 20 Veterans Place, to put together care packages and send them to the troops. 

If you would like to donate items for this project, please bring them to the Log Cabin . Items need to be in bulk like a dozen socks from Costco or boxes of granola bars, fruit snacks, magazines, hot coco mix etc. 

If you were away from home, what would you want? Also, cards and words of thanks to our troops are needed and appreciated!!!

If you cannot bring items but would like to help on the 18th, please donate funds toward covering the cost of the shipping to our troops .
