As required by the Club's Constitution, notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting will be held on the 1 December 2022.  The audited financial statements will be presented to the membership for adoption, and any vacancies for the various club officers will be notified and voted on.

As part of the Clubs Statutory obligations this meeting is to complete those obligations. We need to have a strong quorum to comply with that Statutory obligation. SO PLEASE ATTEND IF AT ALL POSSIBLE - (not really shouting - just making a very strong point!)

It is not expected that this part of the meeting will take very long, (formality) however you are encouraged to ask any questions you may have.
 
All members will also have an opportunity to raise any matter they deem necessary. The President, may elect to defer any issue if investigation or consultation is considered necessary.
