Global Literacy Container Loading - Exeter

Our next loading is coming up soon. This will be container #88 and the destination will be the Rotary Club of Manzini in The Kingdom of Eswatini (formerly Swaziland). This is our first shipment of school supplies to Eswatini and we are confident in the ability of the Club there to manage the distribution. They have a well established book distribution network which is currently receiving books from Texas Rotary Clubs. They will be getting wheelchairs and school furniture from us as well as books. All schools teach in English.

There will be a truckload of school furniture arriving for this load from the Bruce Grey Catholic School Board in Hanover on Friday July 12. We will need some help to unload it and prep for loading Saturday morning. Our thanks to 2018/19 District Governor Jim Schlatman and his team from Area 2 who have arranged and loaded this trailerload in Hanover and also raised $6000 to cover shipping costs.

Please use the signup sheet so we know how many are coming. There will be a lunch provided for those coming Saturday for the morning or all day. Please wear closed toe shoes (No sandals or flip flops) and bring your own reusable water bottle.
