Jerrie Ueberle is the founder and president of Global Interactions, Inc., a Phoenix-based non-profit corporation focused on increasing worldwide communication and understanding among U.S. professionals and their international counterparts.  enterprises and international businesses.  The United Nations granted Special Consultative Status to the organization in 2023.

In 2009 Ms. Ueberle founded the World Academy for the Future of Women to promote and accelerate women’s leadership worldwide.  The program, housed on Sias University campus, has expanded from a one-year Academy for 100 women each year, to a second year Advanced Academy and a third year Academy in Action, In addition a Men’s Academy for the Future of Women was begun to promote collaborative work that prepares men to understand and act on issues related to advancing and promoting women in society and the workplace.  The Academy gained recognition from the United Nations as a charter ASPIRE member in 2013.

Over the 17 years the Annual Women’s Symposium she founded, held each May, attracts international speakers and has grown to reaching 10,000 participants, including university students and their mothers. 

In 2015 she received the Women’s International Network Global Leadership Award and the Social Entrepreneur 2015 Award for Social Entrepreneurship and Global Community Service from the World Network of Entrepreneurs Worldwide. In 2017 she was one of 20 women named in the book 20 Women Changemakers, Taking Action Around the World,  and in 2018 Firestarters, How Innovators, Instigators, and Initiators can Inspire You to Ignite Your Own Life told of her work.  In 2017 she was named as a Lady Leading a Legacy. In  2019 she received the Outstanding Contributor Award from Sias University. She was invited to speak in China on Democracy, the Shared Future of Mankind. The World Academy has programs in 7 countries including China, Nepal, Bangladesh, India, Mexico, Kenya, and Uganda.
