Interact

Interact is a service club for ages 14 to 18 sponsored by a Rotary club.  Interact gives young people the opportunity to participate in fun, meaningful service projects while developing leadership skills and meeting new friends.  Interact can be the gateway to other Rotary youth programs such as youth exchange and RYLA.  The members often go on to strengthen or establish Rotaract clubs.  And ultimately, they are the leaders of tomorrow, future Rotarians.

The Interact Club of Marion Graham was chartered by our club several years ago, with Verone Charington as facuilty advisor.  Students taking part in Interact learn Rotary principles and take on a community project.  The club is very representative of the school in terms of its ethnicity, gender and age.  Interact provides an opportunity for students to learn both leadership skills and financial responsibility.
