Club Administration

Club Service is one of the four avenues of service available to Rotarians. Club Service involves all of the necessary activities Rotarians perform to make their club function successfully.

Members of our club serve in the following Club Administration roles:

• Club historian
• Hotel liaison
• Booking weekly speakers
• Program planning and organization
• Website management
• Newsletter production and distribution
• Attendance and registration
• Photography
• Duty roster planning and service
• Serving as Greeter
• Serving as Sergeant at Arms
• Fines Sergeant
• Maintaining our constitution and bylaws
• Family of Rotary
• District and RI conference registration
• Maintaining the membership roster
• Visiting people in hospital, sending cards & flowers, etc

Rotarians also participate in Club Service by serving on their club's board. The Board is responsible for setting goals (annual and long range), communication among club leaders, members and district leaders, training, and continuity of leadership.
