Since 1999 the Poulsbo Yacht Club has been offering its highly acclaimed sail camps, getting youth out in the great outdoors to learn the joys of sailing on Liberty Bay!

Our "Learn to Sail" classes introduce basic sailing skills such as sail terminology, boat rigging, water safety, and knot tying.  The advanced "Double-handed Sailing" and "Adventure Sailing" classes are designed for older youth which builds on the beginner course’s foundation.

In addition to learning sailing skills, our US Sailing Association Certified Instructors utilize individual and team activities to enhance the sail camp experience.

We have a brand-new fleet of RS Tera dinghies. The RS Tera is a “21st century single-hander that looks cool and makes sailing addictive…. It’s packed with features that make sailing safe and easy.
