Meeting Program: James Patrick Rudolph

Former Franklin Fellow, U.S. Department of State, Bureau of African
Affairs, Nigeria and Office of West African Affairs. Mr. Rudolph received
the Superior Honor Award while at the U.S. State Department and has
authored numerous published articles on topics ranging from
Humanitarian Crisis’ (e.g. human trafficking, Syria, and the Middle East) to
the Constitutionality of Christmas. He was educated at the University of
California, Santa Barbara, the University of San Diego, and the U.S.
Department of State Foreign Service Institute. Currently, Mr. Rudolph is an
attorney with Robbins Gellar Rudman & Dowd.
