St. Patrick's Day Breakfast for CLB13

Good morning!

Sorry I didn't get this to you yesterday, once I returned from lunch I had a few things coming at me. I just wanted to get some information to you regarding the upcoming St Patrick's Day Breakfast for the Battalion on March 17th. We are looking to start serving breakfast at 0630. I will be getting to the barracks (the same place as the Homecoming, Thanksgiving Lunch, Holiday Party, etc) at about 5:30 am to get things ready to go. 
We will be doing most of the set up the afternoon before as far as tables. chairs etc. I have reserved a large griddle that we will have outside to cook the food on and our Sr. Enlisted and Officers will be the ones to cook and help serve. As always, we love for you all to come and join us as we enjoy both your company and your support! We are thrilled that you may be able to help us out with the pancake mix, I'm hoping to make them green! Here are the specifics for the breakfast.

-Number of Marines/volunteers serving: approx. 300
-Drinks, and other breakfast items will be provided by the battalion and the chow hall.
-Paper products and utensils will be provided by the battalion. 
-We will begin serving at 0630 until approx. 0800
-Marines will conclude with formation after the breakfast
