On May 19th, our District Governor Steve Weitzen inducted eight new Paul Harris Fellows to Escondido After Five.@Rotary_5After Five Secretary, Gary Szytel, gave an inspirational message through a song, followed by a message from Governor Steve Weitzen. Our fully vaccinated members were able to meet in person at Fusion Restaurant in Escondido and enjoyed a delicious lasagna at our first official in person meeting since the pandemic began. The evening was filled with good conversation and celebration. Visiting Rotarians, Gayla Williams, Bev Fritschner and our Assistant Governor, Bret Geernaert helped us to celebrate this great milestone in our club's history. Our International Service Director, Kela Sconce, who helped us to complete this important milestone was the first one inducted and joined the rest of our newest Paul Harris Fellows, Dave Jones, Garrett Imeson, Dave Lowen, Matt Roberts, Rogelio Llamas, Sharon Clark and Doug Paulson. These great Rotarians have been members of Rotary from less than a year to 13 years. CONGRATULATIONS!!!
