Dominic De Los Reyes is the Program Coordinator for Community Health Worker Communication and Outreach Services at the Union of Pan Asian Communities, or UPAC. This program is funded by the County of San Diego in support of the "Live Well San Diego" vision for healthy, safe, and thriving communities.
