Join Sausage Making Masters Shelley Giles, Marty McCoy and Jon DeGraw for a hands-on course of sausage making.  You'll experience it all from grinding the meat to cooking and tasting the finished product!  We are making brats for our Oktoberfest Trifecta (details and registration to be released soon).
