Italian Wine Lecture #4.....Southern Italy-Juicy Reds & Pizza Pairings

Time:   Saturday March 10   5:30-8:30   (doors open at 5:00)

Where:   Zymurgy Club Room

Charges:  $12.00  pp

Bring 2 gasses pp for tasting purposes.  Bring a snack (suggestion--small pizza) to share for social hour following the lecture.  The pairing pizza's suggestions for the wines are:   Margherita: tomato, basil and tomato sauce,   White pizza:  cheeses with no tomato sauce and   Sausage & mushroom with tomato sauce. 

Wines to be studied:    Fiano di Avellino, Greco di Tufo, Nero d'Avola from Sicily, Primitivo, Aglianico
