French Wine Lecture #3:  Burgundy--Wines of Sophistication and Elegance

Time:   Saturday May 12, 2018   5:50-8:30   (doors open at 5:00)

Where:  Zymurgy Club Room

Charges:  $15.00 pp

The Wines:  Bourgogne Blanc Chardonnay, Chablis, Meursault, Beaujolais, Pinot Noir Bourgogne, Premier Cru

There will be food pairing with each wine organized by Jackie Bernard.  She will solicit specific food items from a few attendees for the food pairing.  As usual the other participents should bring a snack to share for the social hour following the lecture.

Please bring 2 glasses per person for the tastings.
