Brew with Chuck Croix, our brew master

In addition to Dean's evolution of beer presentation, we have a fantastic opportunity to "do a brew" with our in house professional Brew Master, Chuck Croix.  We also know Chuck as the head brewer at State 48 Brewery.  Details will follow as we get closer to the date, but keep the day open and plan to be educated, first by Chuck in method and then by Dean with evolution of beers.
