Chuck Croix, professional Brewmaster from State 48 Brewery on Bell and Litchfield has agreed to conduct a brew from our club facility.  He will walk us through his technique on a 10 gallon batch of his choosing.  There is no fee to become involved, but you may wish to bring a sample of your favorite commercial or home brew to discuss the product and sample those of others.  This promises to be a fun and educational event discussing how certain tastes and qualities can be achieved.  An all grain brew and cleanup can take up to six hours, so don't forget to bring a lunch.
