If you didn't make it, here's what you missed...

Shelton Police Department loaned us Captain Mike Fiola to share some very helpful safety tips, and many desserts were given happy homes!
Captain Mike Fiola with the Shelton Police Department joined us for general membership meeting today and shared some very helpful tips for broker safety like communicate!  Let someone know where you're going, and the address.  Also, consider taking a buddy--especially for open houses.  You can also check out court records for names (just in case!).  There are also self-defense courses offered at our local gyms (Google Shelton, WA self defense classes for more info), and Thurston county is also offering a REALTOR self-defense class in September.  Click here for info.

Our RPAC dessert auction was filled with cookies, carrot cakes and Easter-themed cupcakes--if you didn't make it, you missed out on some goodies!  RPAC's fundraiser was a big success, and they raised $1185.00!!!  They're also putting on a Cinco de Mayo fiesta & salsa contest on Friday, May 3, from 4pm-7pm at Keith's house.  Details are listed online.

A big thank you to Captail Mike Fiola for his time and tips, and protecting us!
