Volunteering with La Jolla Concours d'Elegance

San Diego Coastal Rotary has been invited to assist with the 2017 La Jolla Concours d'Elegance on Sunday, April 9th at Ellen Browning Scripts Park in La Jolla Cove starting at 1:00pm. Volunteers will be escorting winning cars along a red carpet to receive awards. This will be an afternoon commitment and dress code will be white shirt, tan pants and a blue blazer. An orientation session will take place on Wednesday, April 5th at 6:00pm at Inplace Studio, 7739 Fay Ave in La Jolla. Organizers are still looking to recruit 10 volunteers.

 

In exchange for our help, organizers will donate $10 or $25 to San Diego Coastal Rotary for Regular ($65 value) or VIP ($200 value) tickets sold using the promo code "Rotary". To register as a volunteer, go to the registration page and fill out the form, selecting "Award Ceremony/Show Exit Field Crew" under the Volunteer Options menu.
