We bought Sharp and Sharp ER a 'thank you' lunch and dinner for the two shifts. The charge nurse wrote a nice letter back:

Greetings from San Diego Coastal Rotary Club! We are a group of young professionals who love to give back to our community. You are our heroes in this fight against COVID 19. Although we hope to never need your talents, we applaud all your time at effort. We know you are putting yourselves in danger for our community. We know that you will likely have very challenging weeks ahead. Please remember we are thinking of you. Thank you for every long hour you spend at work. Everyone, please stay safe - we need you. Your kindness and note of support (and amazing food) is so touching …. sends such a strong message of comradery and unity that we feel with you and our community. Your generosity is giving our team the strength needed, knowing you are behind us and supporting us, so we can do the job we need to for San Diego.
