I have volunteered to be the organizer of the West neighborhood. Each neighborhood is responsible for creating a basket to be raffled off to fund Altrusa scholarships. Our group needs to come up with a theme for our basket, decide which organizations to solicit (we are not supposed to duplicate organizations with the other neighborhoods), and assign tasks to each member.
I am offering to hold a planning meeting at my home on August 18th at 5:30. I have a large open living room and will arrange socially-distanced seating. I will have drinks and snacks ready. I do ask you to wear a mask until we are seated for everyone’s comfort and safety.
